Most orders are shipped Economy with an approximate shipping window of 5-7 business days. As soon as we’ve printed your shipping label, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to monitor your order and estimated arrival date.

Returns

If your order is damaged or lost in shipment, please email us at hello@adarose.com for the option of a complimentary replacement or refund. We carefully and thoughtfully hand-pack every box—but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize. Please contact us so we can quickly and efficiently rectify any damaged or lost orders.
