FAQ

AdaRose is intentionally lightweight. Because employees participate through SMS and secure links rather than a new enterprise platform or app, programs can typically be launched in weeks and require minimal administrative effort from HR teams.

Very little at once. Most Boosts take only 1–5 minutes. AdaRose is built around the idea that small actions practiced consistently are more realistic—and often more useful—than asking employees to carve out large blocks of time for wellness.

Our core curriculum includes four themes: Mindfulness, Movement, Nutrition, and Digital Wellbeing. Each theme combines expert guidance with weeks of small, personalized activities that turn what employees learn into something they can actually practice.

Not really. Challenges can be part of the experience, but AdaRose is designed around sustained habit-building rather than a short burst of competition.

Programs combine personalized Boosts with expert-led learning, team interaction, and ongoing practice. The goal is to help healthy behaviors become part of the normal workday—not something employees do for a few weeks and then forget.

Yes. AdaRose tracks participation, engagement, participant experience, self-reported workplace outcomes, and indicators of behavior change.

And early results are encouraging: across AdaRose employer programs, 81% of participants said Boosts felt relevant to them, 74% said they would recommend AdaRose to a colleague, and 70% said the team experience added value.

Boosts are short, practical micro-breaks designed to help employees feel and perform better during the workday. A Boost might get someone out of their chair for a few minutes, help them reset after a stressful meeting, make a healthier food choice, connect with a colleague, or step away from a screen.

Most take between one and five minutes, so they can happen between meetings or whenever there’s a natural break in the day.

The evidence shows that strong human connections are an integral part of health and wellbeing. As an employer, you want both team engagement and a healthy environment in order to attract new talent, increase retention, and boost productivity. That’s a tall order, especially with remote teams.

The AdaRose approach is purposely built for remote and hybrid teams.

We combine easily-scheduled wellness techniques shared by pioneering experts with virtual team engagement and AI-enhanced personalized wellness support. We bring your employees wellness programs they WANT to participate in.

We scour the health and wellness industries and beyond to find experts in topics including physical movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and music—and ask them how to apply their expertise to remote work.

Your employees learn directly from experts in live interactive webinars and also through follow up content created by them.

Regardless of the topic, each speaker’s approach must be grounded in scientifically validated methods. All of our experts have been vetted by our team and are certified or licensed in their respective field—in other words, they’re the real deal.
