COMPUTER BASED TRAINERS AND SIMULATORS EXPERIENCE:

AdaRose engineers have experience in creating computer based trainers (CBTs) and simulators which allow for training on a personal computer instead of target hardware. PC Trainers emulate tactical functionality using the same operating system (OS) and Tactical Code, but can be used in a lab environment on a personal computer. These trainers and tutorials instruct and require students to perform correct procedures, test student knowledge, provide feedback, and track results.

Conduct of Fire Trainers (COFT):

COFT provides realistic Gunnery training for Abrams Tank Crews and Bradley Fighting Vehicle Crews.

AdaRose engineers developed the Proof-of-Concept prototype for a new and improved COFT with more realistic graphics and Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) components. AdaRose engineers rehosted COFT from a GE mainframe/VMS system to a single SGI/Unix (Irix) workstation.
